Here we have tried to list answers to some of the more frequently asked questions for your reference.

1. How to place an order?

For making an order, you just need to send us pictures with detailed specifications such as size, quantity, wrapping

method, on which kind of canvas, stretched or not, stretching depth (2cm, 3cm or 4cm), and please let us know

consignee information such as delivery address, post code, or desitnatio port, then we will work out the cost for you in

24 hours. After you make the payment, we weill start to print and send them out directly to you or your clients.

You could send the pictures to our email sales@china-art-prints.com, or please transfer them via some websites with

file transfer service such as www.dropbox.com, www.wetransfer.co, or www.sendspace.com.

2. On which kind of canvas to print the pictures?

The pictures could be printed on polyester canvas, cotton canvas, linen canvsa or cotton&poly blended canvas, and

also printed on art paper on your demand.

3. How to ship the canvas prints?

a. For small order quantity

For stretched prints, they would be shipped via EMS,Fedex, UPS, TNT or DHL.

For unstretched prints rolled for shipping, they would be shipped via Fedex, UPS, TNT or DHL.

b. For large order quantity

They could be shipped by air shipping or ocean shipping for stretched prints.

4. What's the leadtime for the prints?

For order quantity less than 100pcs, they could be finished in 3~5 day,

for 20 feet container order could be finished in 7 workdays,

for 40 feet container order could be finished in 10 workdays.

5. Could you do custom sizes?

Yes, any customized sizes are welcome. Maximum canvas width is 152cm/approx 60in, not limited for length.

6. Do you offer discount?

Yes, from time to time. Especially for long-term clients or big orders, we have special discount policy. Please let us

know your detailed requirements, then we will offer you good discount.

7. Are the prints safe during shipping?

Yes. We could buy insurance for your goods if you need.

8. How long will it take to arrive my port?

For orders shipped via Express, it usually takes 5 days for shipping.

For canvas prints shipped by sea, it will take 15-35days to arrive at your port.

9. What's the difference between cotton and polyester canvas?

The grain of polyester canvas is more smooth than cotton canvas, it's more bright and more suitable for colorful

pictures, linen canvas is more better for masterpiece/oil painting printing.

10. How to send high resolution images?

For large size images, please send them via www.transferbigfiles.com, www.dropbox.com, or www.sendspace.com.

11. Will the privacy and copyright be safe?

Please do not worry about it. We are committed to protect your privacy and copyright. We've been in canvas printing

business for since 2005, we do not sell or share our customer's information to any third party.

12. What's wrapping method for the stretched prints?

We could do stretched prints with mirror border wrapping, color border wrapping and full image wrapping.

13. Which inks do you use?

The inks are eco-friendly. There are waterproof eco-solvent inks or water-based dye inks for choice, the prints prined

by water-based dye ink is cheaper.

14. Are the prices shipping cost included?

Shipping cost is NOT included, please contact us for exact quotation with your detail enquiry.

15. Which countries do you ship to?

We could ship canvas prints worldwide, such as USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, France, Germany, UK, Italy,

Austria, Denmark, the Netherlands, Finland, Spain, Qatar, The United Arab Emirates, Israel, Japan, Russia and any

other countries not liested here.

16. What's the thickness or depth of the stretched prints?

The prices of the stretched prints listed on our website are only for 2cm or 3cm thickness/depth stretched prints, we

could also do 1.5in/3.8cm thickness/depth stretched prints.

Any other customized thickness on demand if quantity is big enough, MOQ should be 50pcs.

17. How to make payment?

Paypal, Credit card, Western Union or Bank Transfer are optional.

18. How to pack the prints?

For stretched prints: A piece of plastic bag is used to protect each panel printss, and with corner protection. A whole

set of prints is packed in one carton with hanging accessories, ready to hang.

For unstretched prints: Rolled in tube or Carton Columnar and contained in paper box or plastic air bubble pad.

19. How to deal with the case if prints are damaged during shipping?

Please take and send us the photos of the damaged package with the consignment sheet and the damaged prints,then

we would reund you the payment or redo and send them to you for free.

20. Do you accept individual orders?

Yes, we accept any orders from any customers, not any minimum order quantity required for order quantity, one

piece is welcomed.

21. Is there MOQ requested.

No, there is not any MOQ requested, you could order just one prints at one time.

22. What image formats do you accept for printing?

You could send the images in JPEG, TIFF, PDF, AI or PNG formats. But pls ensure your image with details, not fuzzy for

printed sizes to get high quality printing result.

23. Could you do edition work for our images?

Yes, our technician could do the edition work per your request.

24. I'm not sure if the resolution of our images could be ok for the prints?

Please send us the images, our technician could check if they are ok for the prints you request. Recommended

minimum resolution is 100dpi for printed sizes, 200dpi+ is better. For example, if you wanna a prints with 16x20in,

photo size will be 1600x2000pix at least.
